As many of you know I have been posting on the progress we have been having with our full transition to the business accounting software from Netsuite. I have outlined the nightmare of not knowing if revenue matched production, if our time inputs matched the bills….all fun things to worry about for a small and growing company. The SaaS model that Netsuite offers is in and of it’s self pretty amazing! The idea that I don’t have to have in house or on premise software and all the infrastructure that goes along with that is enlightening.  The operation team is now fully running on the Netsuite platform. The transition from our in-house project management software to the all in one Netsuite software is complete. This month we are going to focus on deeper understanding of profit by client, employee utilization and matching time to income….what fun!
