We started using NetSuite in 2004. NetSuite has provided us to work with high efficiency with its integrated platform for CRM, ERP and Webstore capabilities. We use NetSuite for our webstore, managing inventory, for accounting, and fulfillment. 

We are impressed with Netsuite's many features-content management, saved searches, emailing saved searches on a periodical basis, ability to customize based on our needs, custom fields, custom forms, mass updates, quantity pricing, reports, etc. NetSuite has increased the productivity and efficiency of our organization as an SaaS solution. We have improved our webstore (www.jafrum.com –a motorcycle helmet and apparel company) over the years and the ability to add in more features using web services is also a plus.

NetSuite is a feature rich secure software for small to medium sized business who do not want to take the headache of maintaining databases, servers, and backups. And the web based functionality of NetSuite makes it even more great.
