Netsuite Accounting and Client Insight

By: bluetent Monday, May 10, 2010 - 10:56am

This last month Blue Tent launched a new client program. We need to show our clients more ROI and more personal attention. The hard question is how do you decide which  customers get the limited attention time you have?

Companies want to avoid their middle-tier client base going to another company. Now that we have all of our financial data tied directly to our customer information, we can start to flush out what can be done to provide the right amount of attention to those middle-teir customers, bit it’s hard with some traditional CRM systems to gather this information. For example, I am looking at a report right now that has a total customer spend for the past 12 months. We are going to assign complementary account managers to these accounts for a monthly / weekly consulting and tune up session. I know this will cost me time, but the return on investment of client satisfaction will be huge. Good luck with your company and operations software optimization this spring.
