More CRM Updates for 2010

By: bluetent Friday, January 8, 2010 - 7:49am

Netsuite Nation, here we are, it's 2010 and time to get back to it after what I hope was a nice holiday season. Last week i talked a bit about ideas for your to use your CRM or Customer Relationship Software more effectively. When a small or mid-sized business decides to take on a SFA or CRM project, there are many paths to choose. First you need to decide on your software platform, next you need to map out the process for implementation and of course you need to stick with your agenda and execute! I'd love to hear some ways that others in the Nation are using their Netsuite CRM to optimize their business operations. That is going to be the big push I see coming this year....business optimization. I see it here at Blue Tent Marketing and I also see it with many of our 400 or so customers. Last year was hold on and go to battle, but as we see some sense of normal returning to the business world, we are going to see business optimization be the key to getting the bottom line back in shape. I think it would be a great thing to have more customers and Netsuite users posting ideas on how they leverage the business software application to get their operations optimized.

Here are the two big pushes from our CRM for January

- Customer segmentation to outline all customers not running an active SEO (Search Engine Optimization) program. I need my sales and account managers talking to our customers that are NOT running these programs. We have strong ROI numbers from our current customer groups and we are seeing that Google IS a VERY important spot to be!

- Customer segmentation to outline all customers not running email programs. There is not a better tool to communication one-to-one with your customers. We need OUR customers using email to win on the web.

If you have anything you are doing for Netsuite CRM optimization, let us know.
