Made in USA Certified "Trust but Certify"
Hello everyone - Adam Reiser CEO and Founder of Made in USA Certified Inc. USA-C
I would like to tell you about our Netsuite experiences so far.
Everything is going just great, I mean really great.
Here goes our experience
First I have to tell you I have background in complex systems integration and I was looking for a internal crm package. I was working with Ziff Davis and their CRM Media people and they were feeding me packages like Sugarcrm, Aplicor, Microsoft's CRM and of course SalesForce. I have used Sugarcrm for a long time and I like some of the features but it seemed to be lacking a few things. I do like the open-source community but I decided not to go that way. Then I tried SalesForce and WOW what a great CRM package but I needed a other things, like project management, to integrate to SalesForce, maybe Quotes or "Estimates." Their Eco system is very deep and complete but it seems like all the pieces had to be tied together. Then my systems integration experience came to light - "If there is going to be a problem who is going to fix it?" How am I going to run the business and keep the systems working? Then I came upon Netsuite formally NetLedger of Oracle.
I signed up for a trial account and this was enough to show me everything is integrated.
Customers to Project Management:
Project Management to Accounting and Billing. Wow can this be? I was getting used to the SalesForce CRM and now I am trying to do things I would like to do in Netsuite but I am unable to do or at least it is not as intuitive. If you dig down deep Netsuite can do almost everything you need. The interface is not as flashy but I still like the old green screens they always seemed to work and provide me the information I needed.
We are 6 weeks into a great instalation using most of the Advance Modules in one-on -one implementation sessions everyday for 1 hr. Looking to go live in 3 weeks.
We are an Made in USA Auditing Company and this on demand software is really going to help us with our growth.
We are a small company - not your normal installation but we are going to grow into this big suite of software.

I have put September 1st our go live date for netsuite
I should have been live about 2 months ago but I just hired a bunch of new people and I wanted them to get trained under the guided implementation.
The support is great.
The application is great.
We justed added a addon Sales View's inside view. Wow this is a really great addon.
This is a big suit for a little company and we are growing into it.
My EVP Ellen Ehrenkranz likes the single entry of all data.
Now I have to get all the email stuff figured out. I think I have a great plan and I will let you know how this varation works.
Oh one thing we are developing is a really great report to put on a big LCD in the office to display calls, contacts, projects and leads on a daily basis for a Leaders board.
