We are researching a Live Chat Solution. I see that NetSuite has integration with both Velaro and LivePerson. Does anyone have any experience with either Velaro and LivePerson integrated with NetSuite?

Hi Stephen, Since Velaro has a tremendous amount of experience using Netsuite, we initially built the integration to serve our own internal needs first. This has resulted in a very rich Netsuite integration, that even allows mappings to custom NetSuite fields.
Essentially we start off by global searching NetSuite by any value you define in your pre-chat survey, then present the matching records to you within the Velaro desktop (not just an embedded web page but actual NetSuite API integration). If the record does not exist you can create the lead/account directly from within our Desktop application. You can also attach the chat transcript seemlessly so NetSuite will have one complete composite view. In addition, you can create a support case from within the Velaro desktop as well.
