I have had okay success with NetSuite support in the last couple of years I have been working with it. Unfortunately I didn't realize silver support was changed and no longer includes phone support! Submitting a ticket to NS takes a bit of time to get a response, so I have taken to the streets to get some help!

I am actually trying to add a blog to our NetSuite web site (It's not actually a web site per se, just tabs we use in our internal accounts) and I can't see that it's possible! Does anyone know if I can create something like this lovely site within my netsuite so our employees can share info?
