We are about to hit our 10 year anniversary using Netsuite (back then it was called NetLedger).

Our company operates 8 retail stores (Get Wireless Now, and www.getwirelessnow.com) in CT & RI as well as Sunset Limousines (www.sunsetlimousines.com).

This product served us well 10 years ago and it continues to serve us well today. My favorite Netsuite find (for now) is OnsiteTechnology's point of sale interface. This interface saves us a tremendous amount of time in our retail stores and it enhances our customer's experience as well.
